Mr. Ashwin Patel is highly accomplished Commercial Real Estate Finance Professional with excellence in Deal Structuring, Financial Risk Analysis, Sourcing, Risk and Cash flow Analysis, Due Diligence, Underwriting and Closing deals of Real Estate Development and Acquisition Projects to arrange Debt and JV Financing in Canada and USA. He is Chartered Accountant and Executive MBA with more than 15 years of Global Real Estate Finance exposure in syndication of Debt and JV Financing for Real Estate Development and Acquisition projects in Canada and USA. Prior to Joining Patel’s Consulting Partners as Principal Director, Mr. Ashwin held various roles in Finance and Consulting where he focused in Debt and JV Financing. Presently, he is handling overall management of Patel's Consulting Partners.
